Project Scope and Relevance: Skip Huston Construction was the sitework subcontractor for the project General Contractor, Stryker & Company. Our Scope of Work included: site demo of existing asphalt and concrete; onsite topsoil removal and stockpiling with re-spreading of stockpiled materials; mass excavation and all site grading including foundation excavation; subgrade prep for all concrete work; subgrade prep for asphalt paving of parking lot and drives; final site grading.

Change Orders: There were minor change orders that were mainly due to the conflicts with existing utilities. The General Contractor also asked to take on additional work during the project due to issues related to COVID -19 and overall design issues.
